Who we are

Dental Coaching on Demand is a product of Coaching on Demand, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and the member platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and basic technical information about your visit.

• Information you submit through our forms: your name, practice name, work email, role, and anything you type into a message field.
• Membership and account information if you enroll, including the team members you invite and the seats assigned to them.
• Content you create inside the platform, such as questions you ask the coach, notes, and practice numbers you choose to enter.
• Standard technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to run the service and to respond to you.

• To reply to your inquiry and to discuss membership, coach matching, and pricing.
• To provide the coaching platform, curriculum, resource library, and scoreboard to you and your team.
• To improve the coaching content and the product itself.
• To send service and account messages, and marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Coaching confidentiality

What you discuss with a coach is treated as confidential to your practice. We do not publish, sell, or share your practice's numbers, staffing situations, or coaching conversations with other members.

If we ever want to reference your practice publicly — a testimonial, a case study, a quote — we will ask you first and use only what you approve.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in limited circumstances.

• With service providers who help us operate the platform, such as hosting, database, email delivery, scheduling, and payment providers, and only to the extent they need it to perform that work.
• With members of your own practice who hold seats on your membership, for the parts of the platform your membership shares.
• When we are required to by law, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted connections between your browser and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local law. Contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, though parts of the member platform may not work correctly without them.

Children

This service is intended for dental professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as the platform develops. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will let members know directly if the change is significant.
