Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the Dental Coaching on Demand website and member platform, operated by Coaching on Demand, LLC. By using the site or the platform, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a practice, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

What the service is

Dental Coaching on Demand provides practice-development coaching, training curriculum, resources, and an AI coaching assistant built on the Staff Driven Dental methodology. It is a business coaching and education service.

What the service is not

This is an important limitation, and we want it stated plainly.

• We do not provide legal advice. Employment decisions, terminations, contracts, and anything with legal exposure should go to your attorney.
• We do not provide accounting, tax, or investment advice. Talk to your CPA or financial advisor.
• We do not provide clinical or medical advice, and we do not direct patient care.
• The AI coach is an assistant trained on our curriculum. It can be wrong, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment or for advice from a licensed professional.

Membership and seats

Memberships are sold per practice and include a set number of team seats. Seats are for named individuals at your practice. Sharing a login outside your practice, or reselling access, is not permitted.

Fees and billing

Membership fees, billing frequency, and renewal terms are set out at the time you enroll. Any pricing shown on this site before enrollment opens is a preview and is not an offer.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

When using the platform, please do not:

• Copy, redistribute, or republish our curriculum, resources, or coaching content outside your practice.
• Use the platform to build or train a competing product or model.
• Upload patient health information or other sensitive personal data about third parties.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Intellectual property

The curriculum, resources, scripts, templates, brand, and platform are owned by Coaching on Demand, LLC. Your membership grants your practice a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them internally for as long as your membership is active.

Content you create or upload remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it so we can provide the service to you.

No guarantee of results

Coaching outcomes depend on your practice, your team, and how consistently the work gets implemented. We do not promise any particular financial or operational result, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaching on Demand, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Cancellation and termination

Memberships are not currently available for purchase. Billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented at enrollment and will form part of these Terms at that time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. On termination, your license to use the curriculum and resources ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will notify members directly of significant changes.
